The home is staffed with qualified personnel 24/7/365. Staff must meet the minimum state training
requirements and be of good moral character. All staff members are subject to a criminal background check and random
drug testing. The home employs two on premises live-in staff members that have families. This insures that extra
staff is available in case of an emergency. Interaction between the staff family members and our guests is encouraged.
Our goal is to hire people that care. With our family orientation, staff is encouraged to consider their work as more
than just a job.
Our Administrator
Alex Mains is a licensed Personal Care Home Administrator and trainer. She has worked in all phases
of the Personal Care Home for over 10 years. He started at the bottom and has worked her way up through the ranks
to become one of the most knowledgeable and well qualified administrators in the industry. Alex is a hands on person
and her life is the people she serves.
State Mandated Staffing Requirements
We exceed the state minimum staffing requirements in all areas. The state requires the administrator
to be on site twenty hours per week. Direct Care Staff must be available to provide one hour per day of personal care
per guest.
